I’ve always had a deep love for the outdoors — and probably more hobbies than I can count. Growing up as a ski racer, I built a solid foundation in strength and conditioning, but endurance was always a challenge. That began to change when I started focusing on my mental health and discovered that running was the perfect outlet to clear my mind and channel anxious energy into something meaningful.
By combining running, strength training, and HIIT, I found a way to not only perform better in the mountains and at physically demanding jobs, but also to show up fully in everyday life. This balanced approach to training has completely transformed my energy, resilience, and mindset.
